Scope and Content Note Within the Policy Development Office, Lyn Hogan was a Senior Policy Analyst in 1995-1996 who dealt with a variety of domestic policy issues. This collection highlights topics relating to issues of childcare and the child welfare system. There are a significant number of items related to the child welfare system, as well as adoption, child abuse, foster care, the juvenile and family court system, and adoption legislation.
