Student Programs

The Clinton Presidential Library offers a variety of in-person and virtual educational experiences for elementary, middle, and high school classes for 10 or more students in the same grade. All programs for students are free.

Mini-Presidential Tour 

In-person Education Program, 45 minutes
Virtual Education Program, 30 minutes

The Mini-Presidential Tour is designed specifically for our youngest visitors. Pre-K - 2nd grade students. Two versions of the program are available. In the National Symbols program, students identify everyday symbols, explore the significance of national symbols, and play a matching game to test their knowledge. In the Celebrations at the White House program, students White House holiday traditions by viewing objects used during the celebrations – including a crystal shamrock bowl, wooden Easter eggs, and a handcrafted menorah.

Advise the President: William J. Clinton What Should the United States Do About The Kosovo Crisis?
In-person Education Program, 1 hour

Students will take part in the National Issues Forum (NIFI) deliberation format, which will guide them through the difficult decision-making process by closely weighing the advantages and disadvantages of three different strategies: diplomacy, military force, or isolation. After careful consideration of the options, students will compare their choices to the decision made by President Clinton on March 24, 1999.
