Scope and Content Note Michael Cohen held the position of Special Assistant to the President for Education Policy within the Domestic Policy Council from 1996 to 1999. Prior to being detailed to the White House, he served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Education. The material from this diskette has been processed electronically and is available for research in an electronic format. This series is arranged alphabetically. Staff and Office files were maintained at the folder level by staff members within their individual offices and document all levels of administration activity.
