This collection contains records from the files of W. Bowman “Bo” Cutter regarding International Financial Institutions. Mr. Cutter served on the National Economic Council from 1993 to 1996. The files contain a copy of the Communique from the 1995 G-7 Summit in Halifax, a May 1995 paper and talking points in support of U.S. funding for the International Development Association, and materials from the Department of the Treasury regarding global markets stability.
