Scope and Content Note Carol Rasco served as Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy Council (DPC) from 1993 to 1997 and was vital in the implementation of the Clinton Administration’s domestic policies. The Miscellaneous series includes topics such as health care, welfare reform, housing, employment, persons with disabilities, education, women and children, senior citizens, the 1994 G-7 jobs conference, rural policy, national drug control policy, and state health and welfare waivers .
