Records proposed for opening include a note to Wendy Patton, the Summary of Conclusion for a Meeting of the NSC Principals Committee, and a memo from Richard Clarke to Sandy Berger. Also included are administrative papers related to records management. These documents are from National Security Council Staff and Office Files and NSC Cable, Email, and Records Management System. Records to be opened include four pages of declassified materials and twenty-six pages of additional materials.
