The first briefing book covers the President's trip to Brussels, Belgium for the NATO and European Union Summits on January 9-11. His next stop was in Prague, Czech Republic for a meeting with the leaders of the Visegrad Group (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia) on January 11-12. The third briefing book covers the President's trips to Moscow and Minsk for meetings with Russian President Boris Yeltsin and Belarusian Supreme Soviet Chairman Stanislav Shushkevich on January 12-15. Included are briefing memoranda, background papers, and schedules.
