This Mandatory Declassification Review contains three briefing books for President Clinton's trip to Europe in January 1994. The first briefing book covers the President's trip to Brussels, Belgium for the NATO and European Union Summits on January 9-11. His next stop was in Prague, Czech Republic for a meeting with the leaders of the Visegrad Group (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia) on January 11-12. The third briefing book covers the President's trips to Moscow and Minsk for meetings with Russian President Boris Yeltsin and Belarusian Supreme Soviet Chairman Stanislav Shushkevich on January 12-15. Included are briefing memoranda, background papers, and schedules.
