Expand All Collapse All Summary These Clinton Presidential Records were declassified in response to a Mandatory Declassification Review request for all exemption 1 closures in Freedom of Information Act case 2006-0186-F (All documents related to Rwanda in the files of Jennifer Ward). Jennifer Ward was Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director of African Affairs in the National Security Council. The request was for all records related to Rwanda in 1993 and 1994. Topics include the gamut of operations and policy in Rwanda. A significant majority of these records are duplicates of those found in the files of Donald Steinberg (2010-0639-M) and released under that collection.
