The collection consists of correspondence, the First Lady's schedules, fact sheets, press releases, articles, memoranda, reports, publications, emails, conference and meeting agendas and attendee lists, speech drafts, and speech transcripts.

Within the Domestic Policy Council, Eric Morse was an assistant who acted as a liaison between the First Lady’s Office on issues relating to children and families from 1998 to 2000. This series of events highlights events relating to health care, education, women, and welfare that First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton attended from 1997-1999. The records include correspondence, first lady schedules, fact sheets, press releases, articles, memoranda, reports, publications, emails, conference and meeting agendas and attendee lists, speech drafts, and speech transcripts.
