Scope and Content Note Within the Domestic Policy Council, Eric Morse was an assistant who acted as a liaison between the First Lady’s Office on issues relating to children and families from 1998 to 2000. This series of Subject Files highlights topics relating to violence against women, after-school programs, crime, Hispanic education, teens, and child product safety. The records include correspondence, first lady schedules, fact sheets, press releases, articles, memoranda, reports, publications, emails, conference and meeting agendas and attendee lists, and speech transcripts.
