This collection contains records regarding Jack Zetkulic and the former Yugoslavia from 1996 to 2001. During this period, Mr. Zetkulic was the Deputy Chief of Mission in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). The FRY later became Serbia and Montenegro and is not the Republic of Serbia. The records primarily consist of cables that contain observations and reports regarding the escalating conflict in Kosovo.
