The WHORM Alpha Project contains a handwritten note from Governor Ventura to the President thanking him for an event. The letter is stamped with a date of March 19, 1999. The WHORM Subject file also contains material responsive to this FOIA. The files in subject code CO038 have previously been released under FOIA request 2006-0318-F.
