The meeting took place in the residence on the evening of December 21, 1994. Textual records responsive to this FOIA request were previously processed in other collections. Nicholas Burns in the Russia, Ukraine, and Eurasian Affairs directorate attended the meeting. His chron file for December 1994 was processed in response to FOIA request 2016-0159-F. Email records responsive to this request consists of NSC staff discussions regarding the scheduling of the meeting. The researcher should note that the majority of records processed in response to this FOIA case were closed for national security reasons.
