Records that are responsive to this FOIA request were found in these collection areas—Clinton Presidential Records: White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject Files, Clinton Presidential Records: WHORM (CL), Clinton Presidential Records: White House Staff and Office Files. The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) contains a variety of series created to organize and track documents and correspondence. The WHORM Alpha file was compiled by the White House Office of Records Management from 1993 – 1996 and is a series of documents arranged by name of persons, organizations, or events. The WHORM Subject file was compiled by the White House Office of Records Management and is a series of categories designated by a letter/number combination. In addition, there are WHORM, WHORM Counsel, WHORM (CL), WHORM (OP), WHORM (Too Late); WHORM (Various Offices); and WHORM (Alpha Project) series. Staff and Office files were maintained at the folder level by staff members within their individual offices and document all levels of administration activity. Staff and Office files are processed at the folder level, that is, individual documents are not selected and removed from a folder for processing. While this method maintains folder integrity, it frequently results in the incidental processing of documents that are not wholly responsive to the subject area. FOIA 2020-0915-F (Seg. 2) includes WHORM records from these subject codes: AG001 Marketing, Protection Programs BE Business - Economics CM010 Petroleum (Gas - Oil) CO023 Bosnia and Herzegovina CO038 China CO038-01 China, Republic of (Formosa - Taiwan) CO105 Malaysia FG001 President of the United States FG001-07 Appointments Granted, Presidential FG001-08 Presidential Telephone Calls FG006-01 White House Office FG006-03 Chief of Staff FG031 Congress of the United States, The FG035 Senate FG203-02 National Endowment for the Arts FI001-02 Disbursements - Expenditures - Deficit Spending FI004 Budget - Appropriations GI002 Gifts to the President HE007-03 Water Pollution - Water Purification IT012 General Agreement on Tariff and Trade (GATT) IV094 Invitations, 1994 ME001-02 Birthday Greetings NR007 Rivers - Waters - Harbors PE002 Employment - Appointments PL Political Affairs PL008 Voting, Political PP005-01 First Lady PR005-01 Photographs Granted, Presidential TA005 Trade Agreements FOIA 2020-0915-F (Seg. 2) includes WHORM records from these subject codes (continued): TR030-02 Tokyo, Japan, 7/6-9/93 (G-7 Conference).
