Clinton Presidential Records relating to telephone logs consist of Electronic Daily Diary results pages organized in chronological order. Record Type Electronic Records Textual System of Arrangement Records that are responsive to this FOIA request were found in the White House Diary System data set. The White House Diary System (Electronic Daily Diary) logs the President’s daily activities as events with participants. Each event is recorded and indexed with a description, a subject code, its start and end time. In addition, each event log includes a participant list that notes each participant’s arrival and departure times. The Diary System contains phone logs, schedules, and briefing papers. Access Collection is open to all researchers. Access to Clinton Presidential Records is governed by the Presidential Records Act (PRA) (44 USC 2201) and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 USC 552, as amended) and therefore records may be restricted in whole or in part in accordance with legal exemptions.
