FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 30) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created from April 4, 1994 through April 6, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff and others for the time period processed. Images responsive to this segment were previously processed in FOIA case number 2019-0519-F.  Photographs from April 4, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton disembarks Air Force One at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, Ohio. The President proceeds to the motorcade en route Jacobs Field. The President throws out the first pitch of the Cleveland Indians baseball season at Jacobs Field in Cleveland, Ohio. The President greets Mayor Mike White, then throws the pitch to catcher Sandy Alomar. The President greets players in both the Indians dugout and Seattle Mariners dugout. The President watches the game with Indians owner Richard Jacobs and Bud Selig. Also photographed includes Wendy Smith, Andrew Friendly, Ralph Alswang, Josh King, Steve Cohen, and Dave Leavy. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
