The photographs processed in this segment were created from April 27, 1994, through April 30, 1994. All the photo contact sheets reviewed in this segment are from dates April 27, 1994, through April 29, 1994. A significant amount of photo contact sheets in this segment were previously processed in cases 2023-0675-F & 2023-0540-F. The Finding Aid inventory reflects the previously processed photo contact sheets. The segment consists of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed.

FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 40) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994, through December 31, 1994. All the photo contact sheets reviewed in this segment are from dates April 27, 1994, through April 29, 1994. Several photo contact sheets in this segment were previously processed in cases 2023-0540-F and 2023- 0675-F. The Finding Aid inventory will reflect the previously processed photo contact sheets. Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series—Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at 5 the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
