The photographs processed in this segment contains photographic events pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from May 5, 1994, are as follows: First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton addresses a “Working Women Count” event in room 450 of the Old Executive Office Building (OEOB). Event participants include Alexis Herman, Secretary Robert Reich, Karen Nussbaum, Linda Lavin, and Valerie Harper. The participants hold up a sign that reads: “Working Women Count! Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series—Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
