FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 46) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken May 10, 1994, May 15, 1994, through May 17, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment contains photographic events pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from May 10, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton meets in the Oval Office with Vice President Albert Gore, Lloyd Cutler, David Gergen, George Stephanopoulos, and others. George Stephanopoulos talks on the telephone and confers with Heather Beckel in the Outer Oval Office. Photographs from May 15, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton leaves Foundry United Methodist Church after attending services in Washington, D.C. Views of Dr. Connie Mariano, Dave Carpenter, and U.S. Secret Service agents outside the church. Judge Stephen Breyer and his family arrive at the South Portico entrance of the White House. They are met by Lloyd Cutler and Joel Klein. Socks the cat sits near pots of flowers in the garden behind the Oval Office. Jamie Williams holds Socks in the West Garden Room so visitors can pet him. The First Lady delivers the commencement address and is conferred with an honorary Doctor of Law degree. The First Lady greets students and members of the platform party. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
