The photographs processed in this segment were created from September 14, 1994, through September 18, 1994. Several photo contact sheets from September 14, 1994, were previously processed in case 2018-0084-F. The segment consists of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed.

FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 86) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken September 14, 1994, through September 18, 1994. Several photo contact sheets from September 16, 1994, were previously processed in case 2018-0084-F. The Clinton Presidential records to be opened consist of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, official phone calls, photo-ops, etc. involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from September 14, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton addresses a group of U.S. Attorneys General in the State Dining Room. The President was joined by Attorney General Janet Reno, Leon Panetta, Mary Joe White, Chair of the Attorneys General Advisory Committee, and others at the event. President Clinton participates in an interview regarding Haiti with wire service reporters including Helen Thomas in the Oval Office. President Clinton drops by a meeting in the Map Room with the returning Presidential Mission to Central Africa. Tony Lake was present at the meeting. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton watches President Clinton’s Oval Office address regarding Haiti on television in her Beverly Hilton hotel room. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton greets State Troopers and others prior departing Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
