President Clinton presented the Youth Award to James Hannah. Bruce Babbitt is present during both ceremonies. Other photographs include images of President Clinton delivering a press statement in the Rose Garden. In addition there are images taken on May 20, 1995 at the White House Press Photographers’ Dinner at the Washington Hilton.
