Scope and Content Note FOIA 2020-0378-F is a request for all photographs and video recordings of President William Jefferson Clinton meeting with members of the Saudi Arabian royal family, along with other Saudi Arabian related materials. The material consists primarily of the President participating in meetings at the White House. Present at these meetings and events include King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud ( العزيز عبد بن فهد سعود آل(, Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (سعود آل عبدالعزيز بن عبدهللا(, Foreign Minister Saud bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (سعود آل العزيز عبد بن فيصل بن سعود(, Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz al Saud ( سعود آل عبدالعزيز بن طالل بن الوليد(, and Prince Bandar bin Sultan. Record Type Photographs Videos System of Arrangement Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in two collections and two series, Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein – Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration, and Clinton Presidential Records: Video Recordings of the White House Television Office and the series therein – Video Recordings Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing was done at the folder/contact sheet level for photographs and at the individual item level for video. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity for photographs and tape run time integrity for video, it frequently results in the incidental processing of photographs and video that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
