FOIA request 2016-0187-F contains photographs from the White House Photograph Office taken on September 16, 1998 during a State Dinner at the White House for President Vaclav Havel of the Czech Republic. Present are President Vaclav Havel & his wife Mrs. Havel (Dagmar Havlova), Lou Reed, whom provided entertainment during the dinner, Stevie Wonder, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Samuel “Sandy” Berger, among others. Other photographs include general settings of the State Dinner in progress, President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton greeting attendees, President Clinton giving a tour of the White House, and President Clinton being briefed by White House staffers as he proceeds to the State Dinner.
