Scope and Content Note FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 74) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken April 4, 1994; July 26, 1994, through July 28, 1994. The following search terms were used to conduct the search: "P18400," "P18401," "P18402," etc., through “P18499.” Numerous photo contact sheets from July 28, 1994, were previously processed in case 2022- 0199-F. The Clinton Presidential records to be opened consist of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, official phone calls, photo-ops, etc. involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from April 4, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton attend the annual Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn of the White House. President Clinton makes remarks and blows a whistle to start the egg races. The First Lady greets people on the South Lawn.
