The photographs processed in this segment were created from August 19, 1994, through August 25, 1994. Numerous photo contact sheets from August 19, 1994, were previously processed in cases 2016-0871-F, 2019-0387-F, and 2022-0237-F. The segment consists of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed.

FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 81) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken August 19, 1994, through August 25, 1994. Numerous photo contact sheets from August 19, 1994, were previously processed in cases 2016-0871-F, 2019-0387-F, and 2022-0237-F. The Clinton Presidential records to be opened consist of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, official phone calls, photo-ops, etc. involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series—Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
