Scope and Content Note FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 114) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created on December 1, 1994 through December 4, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Of particular focus is setting up the 1994 Christmas décor at the White House. Photographs from December 1, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a scheduling meeting in the Cabinet Room of the White House. Present includes Stephanie Streett, Billy Webster, Erskine Bowles, Leon Panetta, Dee Dee Myers, Mark Gearan, and Anne Walley. President William Jefferson Clinton addresses a bipartisan breakfast on the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in the White House Mess.
