FOIA 2016-0100-F (Segment 13) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from December 1, 1999 through January 31, 2000. The photographs processed in this segment were created from January 22, 2000 & January 24, 2000 through January 27, 2000. The segment contains photographs pertaining to: arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff and others for the time period processed. Of focus is the 2000 State of the Union speech, which includes preparation and practice materials. Photographs from January 22, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton departs Los Angeles International Airport en route Andrews Air Force Base. Photographs from January 24, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a briefing in the Oval Office.
