FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 116) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created on December 6, 1994 through December 8, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from December 6, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton meets with Senator John Breaux, Senator Charles Robb, Senator Joseph Liberman, and Senator Sam Nunn, among others, in the Oval Office of the White House. President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a budget briefing in the Cabinet Room of the White House. Present includes Vice President Albert Gore, Jr., Secretary of the Treasury Lloyd Bentsen, Robert Rubin, Secretary of Commerce Ronald Brown, Mark Gearan, Bowman Cutter, Joseph Stiglitz, Gene Sperling, Alice Rivlin, Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, Leon Panetta, Laura Tyson, William Galston, Erskine Bowles, and George Stephanopoulos. Prior to the meeting the President speaks with Billy Webster and Stephen Goodin in the Outer Oval Office. Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series— Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
