The photographs processed in this segment were created on December 9, 1994 through December 11, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Images responsive to this FOIA segment were previously processed in FOIA case number 2018-0084-F including all material from December 9, 1994, and should be referenced for material processed therein. Photographs from December 10, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton jogs on the beach in Miami, Florida President William Jefferson Clinton & Vice President Albert Gore, Jr., greet Summit of the Americas heads of state and guests at Vizcaya. The President converses with Prime Minister Jean Chretien of Canada. President Clinton participates in the first working session of the Summit of the Americas. Upon the session’s conclusion, the President participates in a concàuṡa (“joint clause”) signing ceremony at Vizcaya in Miami, Florida. Also present includes President Ramiro de León Carpio of Guatemala, President Ernesto Pérez Balladares González-Revilla of Panama, President José Maria Figueres Olsen of Costa Rica, President Viole Barrios Torres de Chamorro of Nicaragua, President Carlos Roberto Reina Idiaquez of Honduras, and Prime Minister Manuel Esquivel of Belize, whom all sign the document along with President Clinton.
