The photographs processed in this segment contains photographic events pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from February 11, 1994, are as follows: Prime Minister Morihiro Hosokowa of Japan arrives at the White House. Prime Minister Hosokowa signs the guest book and talks to Molly Raiser, State Department Chief of Protocol, in the Cabinet Room. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
