The photographs processed in this segment were created from February 13, 1994, through February 16, 1994. The segment consists of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Of note is a trip to Norway for the 1994 Winter Olympics, and events regarding the crime bill & health care legislations.

FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 14) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created from February 13, 1994 through February 16, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff and others for the time period processed. Of note is a trip to Norway for the 1994 Winter Olympics, and events regarding the crime bill & health care legislations. Photographs from February 14, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton meets with Nancy Soderberg and Mandy Grunwald at the White House. The President proceeds to a meeting with Mayor Edward Rendell in the Oval Office. Present include Vice President Al Gore, Jr., and Marcia Hale. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton participates in an interview with Harry Smith for CBS This Morning in Lillehammer, Norway. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and Chelsea Clinton greet guests present outside the Hamar Olympiahall Speedskating rink (Vikingskipet) in Lillehammer, Norway. Present also include Tom McMillen and Florence Griffith. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and Chelsea Clinton attend the men’s luge event at the Lillehammer Olympic Bobsleight and Luge Track at Hunderfossen in Lillehammer, Norway. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton greets guests at Gardermoen Airport. Present include Ambassador Tom Loftus, Florence Griffith Joyner, Tom McMillen, Kathy Karpen, David Matthews, Dawn Steel, and Irby Simpkins, among others. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton greets U.S. embassy personnel, hotel staff, and volunteers at the Nevra Hotel in Lillehammer, Norway. Also present includes Ambassador Tom Loftus. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton addresses the American Legion at the Sheraton Hotel in Washington, DC. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton addresses the 17th annual Health Maintenance Organization managed care policy conference at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton addresses the Vista Magazine corporate achievement awards ceremony honoring the fifty best companies for Hispanic women. Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series— Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
