Scope and Content Note FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 9) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created from January 31, 1994 through February 3, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff and others for the time period processed. Of particular focus is an official visit by German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and various high-level staff and cabinet meetings on health care.
