The photographs processed in this segment were created from September 1, 2000, and September 8, 2000 through September 14, 2000. The segment contains photographs pertaining to: arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, staff and others for the time period processed. A notable amount of material responsive to this selection was processed in FOIA case # 2014-0594-F, which includes material from September 8, 2000. Photographs from September 1, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton greet individuals present at the Southwest Community Center in Syracuse, New York. Photographs from September 8, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton participates in separate bi-lateral meetings with President Jiang Zemin of China, President Hugo Banzer Suarez of Bolivia, and Prime Minister Bertie Ahern of Ireland at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York, NY. President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a briefing in the Oval Office for a bi-partisan Congressional meeting to take place in the Cabinet Room. Present are Larry Summers, Charles (“Chuck”) Brain, Gene Sperling, Jack Lew, John Podesta, Sandy Berger, Joe Lockhart, Sylvia Mathews, Charles Burson, Karen Tramontano, Loretta Ucelli, Joel Johnson, Maria Echaveste, Chris Jennings, Steve Ricchetti, and Barbara Chow. The President proceeds to the meeting in the Cabinet Room. Present are House Speaker Dennis Hastert, Representatives Dick Armey, David Bonior, and Richard Gephardt, Senators Trent Lott, Harry Reid, Tom Daschle, and Don Nickles, among others. Photographs from September 13, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton meets with Northern Ireland First Minister David Trimble and Deputy First Minister Seamus Mallon. President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a briefing for the Hate Crimes Event to be held in the East Room. The President proceeds to the East Room to deliver remarks on the legislative agenda on hate crimes. Present are Eric Holder, David O’Malley, and Sherialynn Byrdsong, among others. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton participates in a Senatorial candidate debate at Buffalo Public Television Station in New York with Representative Rick Lazio. Photographs from September 14, 2000 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton delivers remarks at the annual White House Prayer Breakfast in the State Dining Room.

Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
