Scope and Content Note FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 72) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created on July 21, 1994 through July 25, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Of particular focus is an event for the signing at the White House of the Washington Declaration between Israel and Jordan. Photographs from July 21, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton participates in the 25th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing event at the White House. Photographs from July 22, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton announces United States’ aid to Rwanda in the Press Briefing Room of the White House. Present includes Ambassador Madeleine Albright, General John Shalikashvili, Brian Atwood, Deputy Secretary of Defense John Deutch, Tony Lake, and Margaret Jane “Dee Dee” Myers, among others.
