FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 107) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994. The photographs processed in this segment were created on November 5, 1994 through November 10, 1994. The segment contains photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from November 5, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton meets with Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros, Dee Dee Myers, and Harold Ickes in the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The President reads a document handed to him by Cisneros. The President also greets guest at the hotel. Later the President proceeds to Marine One and departs en route Anaheim. President William Jefferson Clinton addresses the National Association of Realtors in Anaheim, California. Present include Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros, Gil Woods (President-elect; National Association of Realtors), and Robert Elrod (President; National Association of Realtors). The President greets event participants and marines present. Prior to the event the President confers with Alexis Herman, Stephen Goodin, and Dee Dee Myers. President William Jefferson Clinton attends a Get Out The Vote rally in Oakland, California. President William Jefferson Clinton greets military personnel prior to departing Los Alamitos Naval Air Station in Los Angeles, California. Present is Senator Barbara Boxer and Stew Boxer. The President boards Air Force One. President Clinton arrives on the South Lawn of the White House on his return from California. Later the President greets Senator Charles Robb and Lynda Robb. Photographs from November 6, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton prepares for an interview with Larry King, who is also photographed. Photographs from November 7, 1994 are as follows: President William Jefferson Clinton meets with Bruce Lindsey, Harold Ickes, Dee Dee Myers, and Janice Enright aboard Air Force One. The President speaks on the telephone at his desk. Also photographed is First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton conversing with Ickes. President William Jefferson Clinton is photographed in Wilmington, Delaware. Also photographed is Senator Joseph Biden. Later the President participates in an extended meeting in the Indian Treaty Room. Present include Vice President Albert Gore, Jr., First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, Dee Dee Myers, David Dreyer, Don Baer, Mark Gearan, Panetta, and Stephanopoulos. The meeting is extended to the Blue Room prior to the President proceeding to a press conference. President William Jefferson Clinton participates in a press conference in the State Floor of the White House to discuss the midterm election results. Reporters ask questions following the President’s remarks. Present is Vice President Albert Gore, Jr. Following the press conference the President speaks with the Vice President, Dee Dee Myers, George Stephanopoulos, Leon Panetta, Harold Ickes, and Mark Gearan in the Blue Room. The President walks along the Colonnade to the West Wing and speaks with Panetta in the entryway to the Oval Office. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and Second Lady Mary Elizabeth “Tipper” Gore greet First Lady Nana Kondau Agyeman-Rawlings of Ghana and her entourage in the Diplomatic Reception Room and Yellow Room of the White House. The President proceeds to Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and delivers remarks in Gaston Hall. Present include Leo J. O’Donovan (President; Georgetown University) and Peter Krogh (Dean; Georgetown University School of Foreign Service). Prior to the event the President greets guest and is presented with a book. Following the event the President returns to the White House and reads the book gifted to him. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton hosts a luncheon for women’s magazine editors in the Yellow Oval Room of the White House. Also photographed is Maggie Williams. Miscellaneous photographs include Dee Dee Myers practicing putting strokes in the Outer Oval office of the White House.

Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
