The Clinton Presidential records to be opened consist of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, official phone calls, photo-ops, etc. involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from October 17, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton travels on Marine One from the White House to Andrews Air Force Base for a departure to New Mexico. President Clinton plays cards on Marine One with Dee Dee Myers, Bruce Lindsey, and William Itoh. Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series—Clinton Presidential Records: Photographs of the White House Photograph Office and the series therein—Photographs Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
