The segment consists of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, interviews, photo-ops, etc., involving President Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed.

FOIA 2016-0984-F (Segment 85) is a request for all Clinton Administration White House photographs taken September 12, 1994, through September 14, 1994. A photo contact sheet from September 13, 1994, was previously processed in case 2015-0709-F. The Clinton Presidential records to be opened consist of photographs pertaining to arrivals, departures, meetings, ceremonies, press briefings, official phone calls, photo-ops, etc. involving President William Jefferson Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, White House Staff, and others for the time period processed. Photographs from September 12, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton swears in five new members of AmeriCorps Youth Service program in the Oval Office. Eli Segal, Chief Executive of the Corporation for National Service and others are present. President Clinton, First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, Vice President Albert Gore, and Eli Segal address a larger AmeriCorps event on the North Portico of the White House. The President swears in hundreds of new members. Federal officials look at the damage caused by airplane crash on the South Lawn at the White House. Officials clean up and investigate the crashed plane and site. The Cessna airplane skidded, struck a tree near the South Portico steps and hit the first-floor corner of the White House. Processing is done at the Folder/Contact sheet level. While this method maintains folder/contact sheet integrity, it frequently results in the processing of photographs that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
