Scope and Content Note FOIA 2019-0520-F is a request for video recordings of a weekly radio address taping on October 23, 1993. The recording session occurred in the Oval Office at the White House. Following the session President William Jefferson Clinton greets guests in attendance including actress Rhea Perlman, actor Danny Devito, family of Betty Currie, and family of Tony Lake, among other guests present.
