Seven (7) White House Television Office unit tapes totaling two (2) hours, fifteen (15) minutes and fifty-five (55) seconds.

The President traveled to Hungary to participate in the Conference on Security & Cooperation in Europe (CSCE). Events documented on video include the President participating in the primary event of the CSCE in Patria Hall of the Budapest Convention Center in Budapest Hungary, signing memorandums on security assurances & Start 1 Instruments, and greeting guests & United States embassy personnel at Budapest Ferihegy International Airport. Miscellaneous material processed as a matter of consequence include a return to the White House via Marine One upon arriving back in the United States, jogging around Washington, DC, and greeting interns on the South Portico of the White House.

Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area and one series— Clinton Presidential Records: Video of the White House Television Office unit and the series therein— Video Recordings Relating to the Clinton Administration. Processing is done at the individual tape level. While this method maintains tape run time integrity, it frequently results in the processing of video that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
