Scope and Content Note FOIA 2026-0278-F is a request for all WHTV video recordings related to events with President Clinton and President Boris Yeltsin in Washington from September 27, 1994, through September 28, 1994. Video events from September 27, 1994, are as follows: President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton participate in the State Arrival Ceremony for President Boris Yeltsin and Naina Yeltsina of Russia on the South Lawn. President Clinton and President Yeltsin review the troops and address the ceremony. Following the State Arrival, President Clinton, President Yeltsin greet guests in the Cross Hall of the White House. President Yeltsin signs the official guest book in the West Wing. President Clinton talks with President Yeltsin in the Oval Office prior to their official meeting. President Clinton and President Yeltsin participate in a Rose Garden ceremony honoring U.S. and Russian World War II veterans. President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton host a State Dinner for President Yeltsin and Naina Yeltsina of Russia. The Clintons and the Yeltsins greet guests in the Grand Foyer. President Clinton and President Yeltsin deliver marks and toast the dinner. The dinner entertainment is provided by Soprano Kathleen Battle. Henry Kissinger goes through the receiving line to greet the principals. President Yeltsin delivers remarks and a toast at the dinner. President Clinton makes remarks at the dinner (only part of his remarks is recorded on the video).
