Since then, the U.S. has worked with Azerbaijan on issues related to energy security, bilateral investment, democratic reforms, as well as pursuing a resolution to nation’s conflict with Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. The records in this collection consist of correspondence, primarily from members of Congress. These materials concern the ongoing Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, especially as it concerned a ban on aid to Azerbaijan.
